About Me

My whole life I have been drawn to helping others. I finally decided to do what I love and make a career out of it. I truly believe my purpose is to help others become unstuck physically, mentally and spiritually. I received my Masters of Hypnotherapy from the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy in 2001. Started my reiki journey in 2000 and became Master Teacher in 2020. Attended National Holistic Institute from 2020 to 2021 and trained for 1250 hours to give you the best possible experience. The state of California only requires 500 hours of schooling. I am not only a massage therapist, I'm a neuromuscular therapist. I've been trained to get your body out of pain with the collaboration of others like your doctor, PT, chiropractor etc.

I enjoy learning more every day for a deeper understanding of the body. I will continue to expand my knowledge of massage and other modalities for years to come.
